Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.  

LOCAL PICKUP: During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local pickup can be arranged in the Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua area. Please email us at happyfatskona@gmail.com to arrange.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship to addresses within the United States only (including all 50 states). At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at happyfatskona@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
